Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Anmol Academy website, our tuition and test-preparation services, the Anmol Academy Typing Tutor, student dashboard, leaderboard, and certificate verification tool (together, "the Service"). By visiting our site, booking a class, or creating a student account, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

We provide school tuition (including Sindh Board coursework), university entrance test preparation, computer courses, and an online typing tutor with practice tools, progress tracking, a leaderboard, and certificates — delivered both in person and online.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must arrange enrolment and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for keeping your dashboard login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
  • Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Enrolment and fees

Course, tuition, and registration fees, along with cancellations and refunds, are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Code of conduct

To keep classes and our online tools productive and fair for everyone, students and users agree not to:

  • Share their dashboard login, leaderboard entries, or typing tutor results in a way that misrepresents someone else's work.
  • Attempt to cheat, manipulate, or interfere with test results, the leaderboard, or certificate issuance.
  • Use abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour toward tutors, staff, or other students, whether in class or through our contact channels.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute course materials or typing tutor content without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to classes or the dashboard for a serious or repeated breach of this code of conduct.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, lesson content, branding, and the Anmol Academy Typing Tutor software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal learning, but may not copy, publish, or resell them without our written permission.

6. Certificates and the leaderboard

Certificates and leaderboard placements reflect results recorded through our tools in good faith. We reserve the right to review, correct, or revoke a certificate or leaderboard entry that we reasonably believe was obtained through a technical error, dishonesty, or misuse of the platform.

7. Communications and tracking

We may contact you by email or WhatsApp about your enquiry, booking, or enrolment, and, where enabled, use analytics or advertising tools described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook, Instagram, or similar platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work hard to provide quality teaching and accurate practice tools, but we cannot guarantee specific exam results, admission outcomes, or that the site or typing tutor will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the dashboard, typing tutor, or classes for a serious breach of these Terms or our code of conduct, and you may stop using the Service or withdraw from enrolment at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
