Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how Anmol Academy handles cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for demo classes, tuition and course fees, and any paid access to the LakOm Typing Tutor. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Please review and adjust the specific numbers below (fees, notice periods, refund windows) to match your actual enrolment terms before publishing. This page is a professional starting point, not legal or financial advice.

1. Free demo classes

Demo classes booked through our website or WhatsApp are free of charge. There is nothing to refund for a demo class — if you need to reschedule or cancel, simply let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another student.

2. Tuition and course fee refunds

  • Registration/admission fees are generally non-refundable once a seat has been reserved for you.
  • If you withdraw before your first class begins, the tuition fee for that term (excluding the registration fee) is eligible for a refund.
  • If you withdraw after classes have started, fees already used to cover classes attended or scheduled are not refundable; any remaining, unused portion of a term's fee may be refunded at our discretion, on a pro-rata basis.
  • Missed classes without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or make-up class, though we will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
  • Printed materials, workbooks, or test-prep material fees are non-refundable once issued.

3. LakOm Typing Tutor / online access refunds

Where access to the typing tutor, dashboard, or a digital course is sold as a separate paid product:

  • A refund may be requested within a reasonable period after purchase, provided the paid content or certificate has not yet been substantially used.
  • Once a certificate has been issued or a course has been substantially completed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Technical issues on our side that prevent you from accessing what you paid for will be resolved or refunded in full.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule a class, pause your enrolment, or cancel altogether — the more notice you give us, the more flexibility we can offer on fees already paid for upcoming (not yet attended) classes.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact us with your name, the course or service concerned, and the reason for your request:

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a few working days. Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used to pay, where possible, within a reasonable processing time.

6. Non-refundable items — summary

  • Registration/admission fees.
  • Fees for classes already attended or scheduled without cancellation notice.
  • Printed or issued course materials.
  • Digital access or certificates already substantially used or issued.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — this is usually faster than a bank or card dispute. We are happy to work with you in good faith to reach a fair outcome.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courses or fee structure. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
